All entries must be submitted with an entry form, and two copies each of original works that must have been published, transmitted, launched, instituted or carried out on the island of Ireland between 1 January and 31 August 2008. Please send a SAE if you would like the materials returned.

The closing date for receipt of entries is 17 October 2008. Shortlisted entries in each category will be announced in November with the Awards ceremony taking place in late November 2008.
